The Wiki service is designed for centralized storage and management of documentation (instructions, policies, reference materials) within ZIO projects. Access to content is governed by the specific project's permission settings.
Working with documentation begins with the project context.
Selecting an existing project: Use the "Select project" dropdown to switch between available workspaces.
Creating a new project:
For a quick start, click the [+] button. The system will automatically create a new project and immediately open the form for your first article.
For detailed setup, use the "Create project" button. This allows you to define a name and configure access rights before adding content.
Important: If no team is assigned when creating a project, it remains personal. Its materials will only be visible to you.
2. Configuring Access Rights
For new or manually created projects, you must define user roles.
Author and Editor: Full access to create and edit all project documents.
Member: Viewing access, can create new documents and edit only their own.
Guest: Viewing access only for available documents.
No access: Project documents are hidden from the user.
After configuring, click "Save".
Please note that managing teams may require an active tariff plan, available on the
Tariffs
page.
